Terms of Service

1. Services

Marketricks (trading name of Tekrenewed Ltd) provides technology and marketing services including but not limited to: POS system installation, website development, WhatsApp ordering bot deployment, local SEO, social media management, and brand identity design.

2. Engagement & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A formal proposal or quote will be provided before any work begins. All prices are in GBP (£).

Monthly retainer services require a minimum 3-month commitment. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial period.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe. For project work, we require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For retainer services, payment is due at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-built websites, applications, and creative assets become the property of the client. Third-party licenses (e.g., fonts, stock images, software subscriptions) remain subject to their respective terms.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

Where Marketricks provides hosting and maintenance, we guarantee 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). Edge Node hardware remains the property of Tekrenewed Ltd and is provided under a service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marketricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
